By acquiring and activating the MT4 Expert Advisor (“EA”) through Travel With Forex, you are entering into an agreement under the following terms and conditions:
The EA is the intellectual property of its original developer, protected by copyright laws. This ownership encompasses all rights, titles, interests, modifications, updates, and enhancements.
You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, altering, distributing, or reselling the EA without express written permission from the original developer.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the EA for personal or business trading activities, limited to a single MT4 account specified at the time of purchase.
This license is bound to the specific account and broker details provided during the purchase, highlighting the individual nature of the agreement.
Any unauthorized distribution, resale, or misuse of the EA will lead to immediate termination of this license, with potential legal actions to enforce rights and seek reparations for breaches of contract.
Travel With Forex, acting as a reseller, also reserves the right to terminate accounts engaged in such unauthorized activities.
Actions such as reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling the EA, or tampering with its underlying code are strictly forbidden.
Any attempt to remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary symbols within the EA is prohibited.
The original developer, through Travel With Forex, may offer initial technical support and updates for a predetermined period post-purchase, as detailed in accompanying product documentation or agreements.
There is no obligation for indefinite support or updates beyond the agreed term, unless explicitly extended through a separate agreement.
You acknowledge the inherent risks involved in Forex trading and the use of automated trading systems like EAs, which include potential substantial losses.
The original developer and Travel With Forex make no promises of specific outcomes, financial gains, or successful trading results from using the EA.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the original developer and Travel With Forex, along with their affiliates, from any claims or damages arising from your use of the EA.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the original developer is based, with all disputes to be resolved in the designated courts of that jurisdiction.
By proceeding with the purchase and use of the MT4 EA through Travel With Forex, you confirm your understanding, acceptance, and agreement to these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may lead to legal consequences and the termination of your license to use the EA.
